Are you visiting Merridale on your vacation or just wanting a weekend away in the Valley? Why not stay the night or weekend with us? Our two yurts on the property are complete with everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Traditional yurts have been around since before the 13th century and known for their spiritual and calming benefits. The yurts are one room cabins that let you experience the peacefulness of the countryside. Unwind after your day with a soak in the tub and the gentle warmth of the gas fireplace, then fall asleep listening to the sounds of nature. We guarantee you’ll leave feeling well rested. If you’re traveling with a larger group or our yurts are booked for the night, we’ve compiled a list of great local B&B’s and hotels in the area. We want to make sure that your experience in the countryside is relaxing and that you get a chance to see the treasures that make us proud to call it home.
Your stay in the yurt will include a breakfast of coffee, tea and water alongside fresh baked goods from our fire brick oven served at 9:30 on the yurt patio deck. Unfortunatley, no pets are allowed in the yurt, and due to the state of the gravel pathway leading down, vehicles can not be driven to the yurts, though it's just a short walk from the main parking area. Upon booking, we require a 25% deposit and a credit card number. If you cancel prior to 5 days before your stay we will refund your deposit. If cancelled within 5 days of your stay the deposit will be foreited and no-shows will be charged a full night's stay.
