The Tuscan Platter Wedding Menu for 2012

All main courses come from our brick oven and are served Tuscan platter (family) style.
The platters are passed up and down the tables and guests take as much or as little as they want.
Our wedding banquet menu is inspired by local Vancouver Island ingredients. Here is a sample wedding menu.

roasted with tarragon and butter, served with a creamy Scrumpy, Dijon mustard and mushroom sauce
Chinese five spiced rubbed roast pork loin
served with soy sesame dressing, pickled ginger and green onions
Vegetable Tagine
fresh vegetables & chick peas in a Moroccan spiced tomato cumin sauce with pistachio nuts, dried fruits and saffron served over cous cous
