To respect the spa environment for all of our guests please turn off all cellular phones and electronic devices.
What to Wear and Bring.
All our therapists use professional draping techniques to ensure your absolute comfort and privacy is respected at all times. A bathrobe and slippers are supplied for all spa packages. We recommend that jewelry not be worn to the Spa.
Appointment Times
We suggest you arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment in order to fill out your spa in-take form and enjoy a few moments of calm on the relaxation patio.
Please keep in mind that should you arrive late we will still need to complete your treatment at the originally scheduled time in consideration of our next guest.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service prices. Gratuities may be added at the time of payment or can be done at the completion of your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
We have reserved this time especially for you. In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time to avoid being charged 50% of the service cost. For multiple service or package reservations, please contact us 48 hours in advance. For cancellations without sufficient notice, the full fee will be applied. A valid credit card is required to hold all spa bookings that have two or more services booked together.
Health conditions
At Merridale’s Orchard Spa, we want you to enjoy a safe, nurturing and relaxing experience. Some of our services are not recommended for our guests with certain health conditions such as allergies, high blood pressure and thyroid conditions. More serious health conditions such as cancer require a doctor’s permission.
Please consult with a physician prior to your treatment if you have any serious conditions and are on medication.
