If you are a licensee and wish to carry our products, you will find some information about ordering below. We are a local company that sells mostly to Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland, so please note, exporting to us means shipping past Vancouver. However, if your establishment is within this area, we welcome your patronage and appreciate your business. If you chose to order our products, we would be happy to call you once a week, so you don’t have to remember to call us. Once ordered, we fax your invoice as confirmation ahead of the delivery, and in most locations, deliver within the week.

Payment can be made either by credit card, or cheque and all applicable billing and shipping information will be taken at the time of your order and kept on file at our farm location.

If you are a restaurant, we want to make it easy for your serving staff to sell our products. We offer a guided tour and tasting, complete with snacks from our bistro, la Pommeraie, which we call “serve the servers”. We focus on catering to you by making it a fun filled “merri” day for your staff at our farm. It is a chance for us to promote Merridale and say thank you.

If you are a licensee in Vancouver, we have a 4 case minimum order. If less than 4 cases, additional delivery charges will apply. Some accounts on Vancouver Island may also have minimum order size applied depending upon ease of accessibility for deliveries.
