A traditional blend of pure apple juice and wildflower honey that dates back to the Viking days. Favourite of sherry drinkers or for an aperitif or dessert drink. Aged for several months to a year after bottling. Winner of Silver Medal at the North American Beer Awards

Our full product line is available at the farm store. Sampling at the cider bar is a great way to taste new products. Sample/tasting fees are the discretion of the taster, with all collections going to our charity of the month. Often we provide food pairing samples with the cider free of charge.
