April is the month for fresh new produce to pair with our cider. Halibut is in season and our chef Dave Woolfall has created a feature meal for you. We have chosen the right cider for each course, or for those who would like to try something new, we have added some unique choices, also created by us at Merridale!

This is an opportunity to be among the first to try some of our cider master’s new creations. We will serve our Blackberry eau de vie and our Mure O (a delicious blend of our brandy and blackberry juice). We have collaborated with Phillips Brewery to create a “Snakebite” called Forbidden Fruit. It is a refreshing blend of cider and ale which appeals to beer lovers and cider lovers, alike. This product sold out in 3 weeks when released in February, but we saved some for those enjoying a meal at our Bistro.
