Thanksgiving Cidermaster Weekend

Local ingredients and freshly cut herbs begin a Thanksgiving menu that focuses on the harvest bounty cultivated in our Cowichan Valley. Our chef, David Woolfall, will prepare a menu of up to four courses, and you chose how many you would like to order. Each course will have a selection of wines and ciders and will be included in the course price. At the end of the meal, you will be given recipes, places to buy the ingredients, plus a list of where to find the local wines. Seating commences at 5:00pm each evening.
