And with either lunch or dinner, accompany your meal with the fruits of the innovative venture between Phillips Brewing Company and Merridale Ciderworks. Matt Phillips, owner of Phillips Brewing and Rick Pipes, cidermaster and owner of Merridale, collaborated earlier this year to produce a drink that blended ale and cider in the tradition of a “snakebite”. Aptly named Forbidden Fruit, we have kept some on tap for this special day.
