O Canada! Our home and native land! True patriot love in all thy sons command. God keep our land glorious and free. O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

On Canada Day, we reach out to all our friends, family members and acquaintance to invite them to Merridale for a truly Canadian lunch. Chef Dave will celebrate the diversity of our nation by creating a uniquely Canadian west coast dish — Maple Glazed Salmon.
