Our store and delicatessen are located in the Cider House next to the bistro, nestled in the heart of the orchard. It is stocked with cider, spirits, gourmet foods, functional art, and paintings for your walls−a mecca of culinary and visual arts. To engage all of your senses, we offer an abundance of tastes for you to sample upon arrival. Begin with complimentary tastings at our ciderbar and sample from the vast array of dry to sweet ciders we create. For a nominal fee, tantalize your taste buds with some of the spirits made in our own distillery, or try our premium fortified ciders crafted by our cider maker on site. To cleanse your palette and to assist in your culinary selections, we sample tasty morsels at our deli and bakery counter located right next door. The deli is stocked with dressings, relishes, soups, and sauces which are made in our own kitchen. From nearby farms we have sourced items such as cheese, and sausage as well. And we are very proud of our newly stocked pantry shelves which carry everything from spices to chocolate. Our gourmet food items come from a collection of artisanal food producers from around the Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, the lower mainland, as well as the Okanagan. We have chosen products made by people with passion for what they do, just as we have passion for what we create! And to complete your culinary shopping excursion, you will find woven baskets and trays overflowing with bread, croissants, apple pie, brioche, and other goodies baked fresh in our own wood fire brick oven bakery.

All of our art is created by people that live close by and our wall and shelves are constantly changing with new products and arts.
