A Unique Selection of Cider, Spirits, Culinary Gourmet Foods, Functional art and Paintings.

Our deli is located in the Cider House next to the bistro, nestled in the heart of the orchard. It is filled with gourmet foods made by local artisans and small lot production farmers.
To engage all of your senses, we offer an abundance of tastes for you to sample upon arrival. We provide samples from both our deli and bakery that will cleanse your palate and assist in your culinary selections. The deli is stocked with dressings, relishes, salads and sauces, which are made in our own kitchen. New items this season include house-cured meats, Island Farms ice cream, and picnic lunches to enjoy in the orchard or elsewhere in the great outdoors. From nearby farms we have sourced items such as cheese, chocolate and artisan spreads. We are very proud of our stocked pantry shelves, which carry everything from spices to chocolate. Our gourmet food items come from a collection of artisanal food producers from around the Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, as well as the Okanagan. We have chosen products made by people with passion for what they do, just as we have passion for what we create!

So enjoy a culinary tour of gourmet food items and art in our farm house store while our knowledgeable staff assist with your selections. They are on-hand to suggest the perfect pairings, whether it is cider, spirits, gourmet food, baked goods or art! We have you covered when it comes to your kitchen or dining table!
