2015 is going to be an exciting year in the distillery as we prepare for several new releases including our Cherry Liqueur and, an as yet unnamed, gin featuring locally sourced botanicals.
We are very proud of our new Spring Bistro menu featuring many old favourites and some newcomfort food items to warm you inside and out. The bistro is now open seven days a week for lunch and Friday and Saturdayt nights for dinner. Menu here.
